Value Added Reseller
A Value-Added Reseller (VAR) actively purchases accounts to resell to their clients. All billing is directed to the reseller, and the reseller in turn bills their clients.
The premise behind the reseller program is that we provide high quality hosting services at a reasonable price, and you provide your customers with services beyond that, such as site design, programming, consulting, and marketing. As a reseller, you can concentrate on serving your customers with your areas of specialty, and leave the hosting to us.
The Benefits
The VAR receives a monthly discount which varies depending on the number of accounts. As soon as you reach one of the Reseller discount tiers listed in the table below, please contact us and we'll enable the discount for you.
A VAR receives statements for all accounts, with any applicable added discounts. Under this arrangement, we do not accept payments from the VAR's customers directly.
A VAR must provide the first line of support for all of their resold accounts. Only when a reseller has exhausted their own resources in handling a problem should they direct support inquiries to BTN Design.

Becoming a Value-Added Reseller
To become a VAR, all you need to do is sign up for hosting services. Once you have done that, or if you are already a customer, you may begin signing up your resold accounts as soon as you'd like. Simply indicate your Billing Account Number on the signup form.A VAR must provide the first line of support for all of their resold accounts. Only when a reseller has exhausted their own resources in handling a problem should they direct support inquiries to BTN Design.
